A patient portal is a secure online website that gives patients convenient 24-hour access to personal health information from anywhere with an Internet connection. Using it's open API, it can communicate with the EHR, EMR, HIS system and Patient can interact with their healthcare providers, such as physicians and hospitals. Patients are owners of their own data. A single sign on in our application would give complete and consolidated report of the entire history of the Treatment even when the patient has moved around in multiple hospital within our network. Using a secure username and password, patients can view health information such as:
